Never overslept in them, except one time on accident. I had a friend also doing it, and we would nap at different times and check in on each other to make sure the other person woke up. So I’d go to sleep with my ringer on and text him when I was waking up, and if I didn’t, then he’d call me.

I moved them a few times, but doing so, I believe, made it harder for me. The reason they are important to do at the same time is because you are training yourself to think “5 pm: nap time.” When you keep it consistent, it’s easier to fall asleep and have that be a deep sleep.
