My time in Innsbruck

My time in Innsbruck felt short since I took one of the days to make a day trip to St. Anton's Arlberg to ski (which was an hour train ride each way and well worth it).

Innsbruck is a beautiful mountain town in Austria. When the sun is out, you can see the mountains right on top of you. It’s pretty small and easy to walk around.

Not too much to do, although I didn’t end up doing the things like the trolley to the top, checking out any museums, or looking at the olympic and historic alpine ski jump that they have, so can’t say much about those. They look fun, could probably be done in a day.

They had some fun Christmas markets (like everywhere), and was just a laid back, beautiful place. They have a bit of history as well, although I’m not sure what it is. Just know their town square was bustling with people when I went there and there were a few exciting, tall buildings.

Definitely worth it to walk along the water where there are all of these colorful buildings. It was probably my favorite place on this trip so far to just do a little work and relax.

It was an easy town, high energy, and a fun, beautiful stop in the Alps.
